FB groups has never ceased being an absolute gold mine from the start, your post just outlined the simplicity of the process.

A few points:
- consider targeting country specific groups if posting specific offers like this
- for god sakes man stop throwing away all that traffic..... get a GEO redirect script setup to send to other/similar offers, you probably left 200-300% of revenue on the table by not monetizing US visitors

I want to try a version of this with a specific niche.

Also i did market research once and people fall for “free” easily if the item is $25 or less in value.

True, but it's only local traffic. You need to know the zip code/post code to join these groups & you don't get accepted by living in other states/countries.

Btw, I think I forgot to mention in the post these are Buy/Sell Groups not Facebook Discussion groups.
 
Ryan, all groups are discussion groups, the difference is some allow posting buy/sell - the "freebies" groups you posted in original screenshot aren't area specific and will have users from every country, bulk being US.

You can also post without zip/postal codes to Buy & Sell groups on mass scale.

Lastly, be careful what you share - sometimes vague info is the best info...

How do I target specific country groups as you suggested? I'm a noob at making scripts haha.
 
Probably this work great also publishing on marketplace editing your living town
