I have been/still get paid..It can be instant payment to a wait time of few hours depending on the amount..There is pictures in the thread i got paid.

I've tried referring people to this its very hard. You get paid so little for installing the app that its extremely time consuming
 
There are plenty of these kinds of apps to make money. I make 5-10$ a day with these. Just search Google Play store for details.
 
this is the first pay per download apps I know about a year ago...in other forums they say this doesnt work anymore I dont know if its true then I came across this thread.
 
Too much time for too little work. I wouldn't recommend wasting the hours you spend downloading.
