Can someone help me.Im trying to do the PPD thing how can I market it right ?

I did tons of research in 2009 on how to make money online...my ideas received a lot of negative criticism from friends and family, so I went back to school, where I earned more debt than education. I've been suffering from delusions of grandeur, thinking that Affiliate Marketing would be a a smart way to slowly generate money to help pay off my college and medical debt (roughly 45,000) sometime within the next 5 years, so I can live life and save for retirement. A lot of my noob knowledge, I feel, has expired and I have to relearn something I never yet attempted.

I have a few questions, and am willing to get flamed for them.

These PR rankings. What are they? Where is the best place to start, and what should I expect? Can you get me up to speed on the terms that are currently being tossed around today, such as PR1 PR8 and other jargons I'm not really familiar with?

The only things I've retained since 2009 are:

As for Affiliate Marketing, find a niche, build a blog with awesome content based on that niche, use word press and make sure you have at least 10-20 pages with 100-200 words on each page, back link your website internally and on other popular blogs (backlinking still hopefully meaning referring your link in a non-dipshitty way on other websites), work on generating traffic to your website, and throw affiliate adds once you have stable visitors.

Also, if I remember correctly, Google's algo plays favorites and you have to do a bunch of stuff in order to appease it for page rankings... Page 1 is ideal, but hard if not impossible to get to.

As for dropshipping, get a business license ? Use wordpress and create a website with awesome content specific to your product of interest, follow the same process you would an affiliate site, and build your links internally and externally, appease google's algorithm and rank nearest to page one as possible, generate a good flow of traffic, sell yourself to a wholesale company and tell them "Look I got this website, I got this traffic, I can move your product, give me a chance." You middle man the transactions, your website is the catalyst in the order process, they receive the order via your website, and ship it directly to the purchaser at your price. The wholesaler gets their money, and you get a cut of the profit.

Not sure how off I am on either of those...as I said, my information is a bit out dated (2009) and I'm just now reconsidering regaining knowledge here and applying what I re-learn.

I know a lot must have changed since then, how much relearning do I have to do?

Sorry for the long post, it's meant with others who might have questions similar to mine but haven't asked them,

Thank you.

Thank you,Schvamp and lietuvis002, I got great answers from you and will start my way into SEO world today. I think 2 months of reading and learning are more than enough, time to work!
+rep for your help and time!

Hi,
First of all, thanks for all the useful info/software/ideas on BHW, this website is a lifechanger for many, and I wish i will be able to give back a little to the community when the time comes!
Speaking of which, time is NOW!
let me introduce myself quickly :
I am a very skilled coder, I do any language, and always take up challenges. I make my full income on elance and it goes pretty well, but I'm growing tired of working on others dreams, so I have decided to take ACTION!
So here I am, ready to start. I bought a health-oriented domain, and decided to give a go to IM, starting with the evergreen niche of health/fitness/build-your-muscle-and-have-a-15-inch-dong-fast.
Now I'm wondering, what should I do first? I am open to anything but Youtube as I have an issue with making videos... Won't say more, just won't make videos.
My ideas so far (VERY rough draft)
- Wordpress BST blog to sell affiliate products - main Con : I can have sth up and running in an hour, but I suck at writing posts
- Scrape an already existing website in the same niche, 0% original content, and monetize it out of google (a couple of fake FB accts maybe?)
- Fully automate a WP blog using this website tutorials (I like this idea the most)

But, how do you suggest I monetize? Again, I'm very good at everything technical, but far from being a salesman... Ideally, I would like around 20$/day minimum passive income, so I can use the cash for my other projects (finance-related, a looot of money coming soon, i'll defo post on that in a couple of months)

Thanks for reading!

Hello,

I'm trying to make money from Reddit traffic (adult niche). So far I've been able to get some reddit visitors to my blog, they watched the pictures that I posted the link on Reddit. I had a few clicks on juicyads/plugrush ads but those people went away quickly from my blog, no matter how good looking the pictures are. I did post the right niche pictures in the right subreddits.

Would you guy have any pointers on how to deal with reddit traffic ? thanks!

I am a total noob. I've worked 9-5 far too long, and need some new skills. Would like to be a Sith apprentice. I will not give you sexual favors, but I'll give you my attention, and pass on whatever knowledge I acquire, in due time.

Thank you.

i think newbies dont really use this thread and just start a new thread for everything.. this should be pinned

yes i have a question whats clickbank? and some of the common ways people make money here online?

what would you do with 1-2k proxies and some captcha credits at decaptcher ?

What are CPA networks that allow BH stuff ? For example promising game hacks/betas and then giving an Error page after survey completition.
PM me, if you can't write here, because I am currently stuck with one CPA network and can't find any other.

Was beginning to think I imagined seeing this thread before :S

I'm looking for a bit of clarification on a few things and would appreciate any help.

1. When you buy and aged domain off someone, for say $50, what happens after that, re: yearly fees, and who are they paid to?
2. With article writers, is it standard practice that you supply them with the targeted keyword and they write the article with it included at the recommended 2%-3% for each article?
3. After setting up blogger, wordpress etc 2.0 accounts with a private proxy, what is good practice for editing them down the line, use the same amount of private proxies structure again, or is it ok to edit them through my VPN? Is the importance of using private proxies only in the registration period?
4. Luckily I have two laptops at my disposal. They are both using the same internet connection. On my 'clean' laptop I have photoshop and other editing stuff. It is a direct internet connection and I only log into Paypal and my main email accounts on this. On my 'dirty' laptop I have HMA VPN and have been using it for all my research this far. Any recommendations on optimizing the use of two laptops and any do's or don't do's with each one? For instance I am about to register with 3 different hosting companies, I'm thinking to do this from my 'clean' laptop...

Would appreciate any help on the above points and will try not to over use this thread :P
Tom

I hate to bump my own post, but before it gets lost in the mire does anyone have any thoughts on any of the points?
Thanks

1.) I read somewhere that you need an old YT account because with a new acc YT will check your videos manually and not monitize the ones, where they think that the video is not yours. So do you know where I can buy old YT accounts? I used the search function but found only a few people with negative rep.

2.) Is it possible to boost your rankings with fake views and likes and not to get banned longterm? If yes, how? I read so far, that you should turn monitization of during boosting and not boost too early after creating a channel.

Thank you for making this thread! Here are tons of of valuable information, especially for a newbie like me!

Hey,
1. If its a legitimate deal the domain usually gets transfered over to your name. You'd have to pay upcoming fees.
2. Depends. You usually supply the exact topic. If you want your keywords to be placed you'd want to mention that. (btw, I find 2-3% to be too high). Also Topic != Targeted Keywords
3. I usually never edit my 2.0's again. But if I had to I'd try to access them through the same proxies. The 2.0's are usually your first tier and thus only slightly less than important than your money site.
4. Not sure what you mean by 'dirt' and 'clean'. No one is able to judge your laptop just because you accessed their website. About the recommendations: I have my working PC, which I used for just about anything. Then I got my VPS and 2 old local PC's which I use almost 24/7 for automated tasks. If you do not have anything to automate I wouldn't waste my time on another machine to be honest. But thats completely up to you!

I don't even know where to start with questions

My biggest concern at the moment is Amazon and its affiliate program.
I have no clue about SEO(except a bit about onpage SEO, which is not so effective) so I was thinking of selling Amazon products through PPC systems, like FB ads, Bing ads and so on.
But I don't know if Amazon prohibits it? :/
Also, about SEO: is there a comprehensive guide that explains how to set up a SEO campaign?
Also, is there any other site like Amazon that offers affiliate program? Something with less competition.

Again, please excuse my ignorance, but I'd really like to learn about all of this.

Hey,
That is fine. I never had problems with that at least. Amazon is PPS, not PPL. So as long as your traffic is quality they shouldn't care about the source. Now, they might be pissed though if you are spamming social media sites. And that is because the users might complain.

Clickbank,eBay(don't...),Comission junction

Hi,
The first option is the best in my opinion. As for the posts, just hire a writer, easy as that.
Pros: you have good geniune content, and can drive traffic through all different kind of ways.

Option 2 & 3 both disqualify you from Google, as you already know.

yes i have a question whats clickbank? and some of the common ways people make money here online?

Clickbank is a platform where people can publish their digital products. Most of the times that would be e-Books. People can register and either publish a product or become an advertiser. The Advertiser drives traffic and generates the sales, for which he will be getting a comission. You can choose the product you want to promote on your own.

Other common ways to make money online are: adsense, amazon, ebay, site flipping, domain parking, cpa, youtube partnership and so on

what would you do with 1-2k proxies and some captcha credits at decaptcher ?

As a newbie? Probably account creation and selling.

1.) I read somewhere that you need an old YT account because with a new acc YT will check your videos manually and not monitize the ones, where they think that the video is not yours. How many accounts do you need? I'll pass you some aged PVA for free later, if they still work.

Hi.
I have youtube download site and some traffic on it.
Its monetised with adsense for a long time. But i will get banned from adsense eventuali. Dont want that to happen.
I have tried adreactor, bidvertiser, chitika and some more but wont get accepted.(i have been told that these cpc,s will accept)
Recommend me some cpc that accept ???

Or recomend me some other way to monetise this kind of site.
I have thought to make amazon site and refer from this site (plus seo)
Or make some ebooks into one about fat loss or something and refer. ( have heard that adwords + ebook works good)

Best adsense earnings are from these categories - Dating(refer to sign up, will they accept me?), Get rich Quick(bux.to or WTF), Ringtones and Downloadables(CPA?), Weight loss(ebook) <-- Any idea from these categories?

Any advice accepted.
Thanks.

I'm not sure if I'm making a cleanfiles account correctly. I sign up and verify my e-mail, then it asks me to upload a verification file to my website. The problem being I don't have a website, nor do I have an intention of buying one. It seems like this shouldn't be happening, I want to get started making youtube videos and all that but this is hindering me. Any help?

3. I usually never edit my 2.0's again. But if I had to I'd try to access them through the same proxies. The 2.0's are usually your first tier and thus only slightly less than important than your money site.

Nice one fistor :) I was under the impression that to keep the links from my 2.0's 'healthy', it was best practice to keep updating them with articles from time to time. I'm guessing that if I still don't have the same private proxy I created the web 2.0 with, one from the same city would suffice. Natural looking behaviour that someone would use a different private ip from the same city I guess is my thinking.

4. Not sure what you mean by 'dirt' and 'clean'. No one is able to judge your laptop just because you accessed their website. I do plan on getting a VPS down the line. With the dirty and clean I mean on one I have used page ranking addons on firefox and google and have had to fill out a captcha for google after a while, and also now using Niche Finder. I thought it might flag google, thats why I was only accessing paypal from my other laptop without addons and stuff. I guess I've still a lot to get my head around on the basics :) Thanks a lot for your reply

if you had $350 to invest what would you invest them in?
I hesitate which seo softs to buy.

well let me tell you first a bit about my self:
My name is Chen and I have a multi niche site. the site has 12 niches/articles on it. each niche has 3k-30k searches a month by google. in total I have ~20 niches it just that I have a video that drives traffic to each niche. My main traffic meanwhile is YT and I don't wanna rely on it because it started deleting some of my videos. As I said I already wrote and article for 12 out of my ~20 niches. They have a post on my multi niche site.

I bought some seo services which hasn't ranked my site's posts yet...I know it takes time.
for 1 niche I bought Born This Way Lady Gaga SEO service
for another I bought an seo service from SEOClerck site.
and for last I tried running a campaign with my cracked Senuke XCR.
and of course I tried for one of my niches to do manual web 2.0 sites and unique articles.

Now I got some payments and a total of $350.
I bought VPS and I pay for hosting and private proxies which costs ~$50 a month.
so I want to buy some more SEO softwares that you think might help me.

So in conclusion - which SEO softwares do you recommend me to buy? I though of ScrapeBox and GSA or a Spinner.

Thanks in advance,
Chen

Beer. lots.

That one is hard to answer, because that highly depends on what tasks you want to do manually, and which one you'd want to automate.
For starters I'd get GSA and you will definitely want to buy Captcha Sniper to go along with GSA.
