Firstly I want to apologize if I am in the wrong section. As per title - I am a noob.
I just created my first whitelabel chaturbate website. I have set up everything technically.
My issue is: I want to be 100% sure that everything that is going on with Chaturbate and its affiliates is legal in the regions I will promote the site. My goal is for EU and USA only.
I know that Chaturbate has major safety valves when it comes to the models (ID checking etc) and I feel safe. I also checked that vast majority of EU countries have Porn, webcams and everything related legal.
But since I am a noob. I have the fear that I am missing sth.
Can any of you Chaturbate affiliates folks advise? Is there anything shady or risky going on in EU and USA for Chaturbate affiliates? Frankly if there is a miniscule possibility of legal liability I am not moving forward with the Chaturbate thing.
