So if it's a hq authority website (foxnews, cnn, etc) then itll go high in ranking? and thats a backlink?
I was once a noob and understand the frustration you have.
Real life Example:
I am selling reusable pet pee pads mainly for inside dogs (dropshipping using shopify) - started with shopify with this product.
These things was for pets to pee on and you could wash them in a wash machine and reuse them again. To me this is gross but people still had a interest in them and wherever there is interest there is money.
I had my "money site" which was the actual dropshipping store made with shopify. I had apps which automated the purchases to the seller on alexipress (dropship supplier) so I didn't have to do anything except pay them money using PayPal.
Anyways I used Facebook ads and got my money from there but I did a few other things too.
I created a landing page just for that one product (reusable pee pad) I had other products in my shopify store.
With this landing page it had a unique domain for itself and I ran the Facebook traffic to that landing page because it was all about the pee pad. People would click buy now and it would go to my shopify store on to the pee pad product.

I did rank that landing page up in search engines too. What I did was get an article wrote up and posted it on pet blog that was owned by a famous youtuber. The article talked about pee pads and a way to save money by buying reusable ones. The article has the words "reusable pee pads" hyperlinked to my landing page. What that would do is rank my landing page up in search engines with the keyword phrase "reusable pee pads".
I never ever posted on ABC or CNN. I only posted on niche relevant sites and always had my targeted keywords hyperlinked to my landing page.
I even stopped using shopify and started using Amazon. I would order bulk. Send the pee pads to Amazon warehouse and allow them to handle them. Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)
Now on that landing page when you click buy now it sends the user to Amazon. Plus on the product of mine it says "fulfilled by amazon" because it's FBA and I pay for them to handle my pee pads and ship them. Amazon is a highly trusted marketplace especially if the product is "fulfilled by Amazon". That means prime members get free shipping if they buy my pee pad.
