I am pochinissac54

I run a small digital marketing agency where we specialize in curating content & designing simple solutions with in-depth competitive market analysis according the client niche.

I have been working as a Business Analyst (New initiatives & business strategy) for past 3 years and was working closely in D2C segment of an Ed-Tech company, which got me hooked to Digital Marketing as a specific domain.

I have started my agency quite recently (4 months) and have been driving it through friends & family, I've always lurked around BHW to gain knowledge and insights. Decided why not just become part of the community (its not like i gotta pay to get in or something, well, not initially I guess)

So, here to learn & help out to the best of my ability. Thank you.

Guess its an irony. I'm good with design aesthetic, user journey, funnel creation/automation go-to-market & content strategy part. For many things, like technical SEO, web development, web integrations, google analytics, GTM, running optimized ads, marketplace management and all related technical hard skills, I'm still a noob and learning via courses & trying out myself on test domains & sub-domains.

AIM: Learn how to funnel & make money online quickly as soon as possible via various channels.

welcome to the forum. how are you bringing in new clients? Are your targeting local business and cold calling them or using ads to bring them in.

As I mentioned before, currently, I've been getting clients through friends & family, I also got 3-4 inquiries & little traffic on my website when I started doing Local SEO & started posting blogs and other than that, I have made 3 Digital Marketing Influencers my affiliates, they drive in a lot of clients every month. I got the affiliate idea while I was doing a Russell Brunson Traffic Secrets course. Currently, got capacity of 5 client projects at a time. And 3 of my slots will open up this month and got 2 fairly big clients in pipeline for next month. We tend to keep 1 slot open, for small projects.

Will be working on expanding team, in 3 months, probably, if things go according to current speed.

I am planning to build a personal branded social channels for traffic (have observed they're great when you got physical products, other than that, for B2B services offering free value is the way to go for like 6-8 months, have been reluctant on that investment for now) & cold mails (by identifying existent problems on their portals and offering them free solutions for value-addition, have been struggling on whether to offer it for free or charge small fee)

Right now, only posting on LinkedIn, and testing instagam engagement with my personal profile which is also open and got like 1k followers from 300 by putting up stories and sharing valuable posts & real funny memes of big accounts (receive a boost when they like or share my story) and engaging with audiences, wanting to test reels, but so far, my observation is either I'll have to invest greatly in video editing & resources (so learning on my own) OR I'll have to be super jokery and entertaining (which I'm not apparently), so planning go with middle ground, where I'll record myself on green screen and do some captivating edits.

Other than that, I'll be testing quora & reddit, from next month.

Please let me know, if you guys got any more ideas on how should I go for more traffic & direct clients via different channels, and what has been working for you guys, I'm super curious.
