Noob Adwords Questions

I want to run an AdWords campaign for my legitimate business, but...being a BHW member, I don't want to cough up the dough for an AdWords campaign

My strategy is to:

1. Buy AdWords vouchers.
2. Buy AdWords accounts older than 14 days.
3. Run adwords campaigns using those accounts

----

My questions are:

a) Can you only ever use a voucher once per AdWords account?
b) Will Google eventually ban my site from being advertised through AdWords if I execute my plan?

You can use in any case only one voucher for your domain. So i don't think that g00gl3 will ban you since you will unable to execute your plan...
You can use only one voucher for your domain and that's all.
And don't forget that now you have to pay 25$ in order to use a 75$ voucher.
