nonUSA marketers...Any Interest in USA bank accounts?

My wife is Brazilian and I have been offering legal services to friends from her country...helping them set up their businesses, tax advice and bank accounts. I was wondering how many of you guys would be interested in such a service to make your USA marketing efforts much more manageable. The service would be 100% legit, 100% legal. I have not yet decided if am going to offer this service or what it will cost for my clients....I am merely trying to get an idea of how many people would be interested or if this is even something you guys need.

ATTN mods...If I am out of line posting this on here...I apologize. I plan on posting in the paid service section once I know for sure if I am starting this service, but I don't want to offer there unless I am committed to it and actually offering it. Let me know if this is out of bounds please and I will delete it or pay and repost it in the services offered section at a later date.

How would you be able to provide a legit legal service without being a legally qualified lawyer?

How qualified are you?
What if you gave the wrong advice?
Do/Would you have Professional indemnity insurance if you gave the wrong advice?

I am interested in bank account only. probably i can not trust for any other service.

I am NOT a bar certified lawyer and I don't give typical legal advice. I just happen to be highly educated and know my way around the financial system with regards to basic tax law, some immigration, Setting up all forms of business entities, and basic business consulting. My areas of expertise do NOT require me to be a licensed attorney and NO I would never put my ass on the line by pretending to be one I (I have my law degree, but that does not make me a "lawyer").

I do what I do (entrepreneurialism/marketing)because it is more lucrative than law in both monetary and personal satisfaction. With that said...You should be skeptical about these services because I could rip you off for a lot of money if I was dishonest with my dealings.

If I choose to do this...I would obviously put together a service list in a more detailed manner and it would take some risk and balls for my first client to trust someone from this forum. Scammers are everywhere and I don't have any real reputation on this forum.

I still have some more research to do on my methods before I trust you guys enough (I always assume the worst) to put my name to some of the methods I plan on using. I have done this for regular business people that I know in person....never have done it for a "blackhat" marketer that has the possibility of bringing heat to my name.
