I see all these methods listed here but only handful of them have brought me money ....most that brought me most money were my own findings. There is help available but to be honest none of these methods will work for you since there are lot of things that matter....niche, who you follow, facebook groups, your youtube skills, how social you are, your content etc.

I can post a method on how to make $500/day but that doesn't mean you'll even make a penny from the same method..that's because what you pick to market can be totally different from mine or your content could be plain shitty. Truth is no one knows what people like and why does one video go viral while other that looks similar has only 5 views.

I tried lot of methods on this website but most of them brought me 0-$100 at best. Most of them have links to other products..so is that person really telling the truth or just getting people to buy that product so he can make some money? I truly don't know.

What worked for me best was my own method of joining a forum on a subject I was interested in and becoming a good poster...once you have earned that reputation people will start taking your advice seriously....so if you're a high reputation member on a forum/twitter/facebook and 99% of your content is truthful..chances are you can get away with lot of things that noobs can't (example: posting your referral link)

So...what works best?

1. Find a niche..not the niche that's most popular but one that you are TRULY interested in.

Why? so you don't get bored after doing it few times & end up giving up. If you just become one of the sheep and copy someone else method..you're guaranteed to fall on your face with not a penny in your pocket.

2. Read different methods and imply them in your own way. Yes...for someone people it's facebook marketing and for others it's youtube comments/videos. Find the one that works best for you. Don't go around posting on facebook just because someone said IT'LL MAKE YOU $1000/DAY because I can tell you from personal experience that it DOES NOT WORK.

Niche isn't important...what's most important is how much interest you have in that niche...so first question would be to ask yourself...what are some of the things you enjoy doing as HOBBY and figure out a way to promote products that fall in same niche.

Again...remember...reputation and your knowledge on that subject is MOST important thing...that way you can build relationship with people online. No one gonna click on a link that's posted by noob with no previous posts...that's the harshest truth.

Forget about running after different methods that are being posted here because 99% times they won't work for you. Create your own method in a niche that you LOVE.

It WORKS and it works awesomely! You make some valid points in your thread, but don't go around spreading bullshit - just because something doesn't work for you, it does NOT mean it won't work for others (one of the points in your own thread lol).

Why don't you just do the work for me then and we will call it a 70 / 30 split?

So you've been coming here for almost three years and still haven't figured anything out yet. Everything you just said is exactly what I have learned in the three weeks or so I've been here.....

The truth is BHW runs thousands of bot accounts claiming they're making money to keep new members coming in so the admins can keep making ad revenue from banners. It's all a clever ruse.

Exactly this point! Running after every new "HOW-TO" wont land anywhere. People should learn that they need to carve their own method and use it accordingly. What worked for me may not work for you but what worked for you will WORK for you ;)

The method that works best depends on your skill set and the niche.

Is it a B2B or B2C offering
What's the ticket price
Is it electronically delivered or a real product?
Is it a service
And a load of other factors.

Yes, if you want a hobby blog on something you are passionate about that's great.
If what you are passionate about above all else is something in a market full to the brim with competition and spam like say "Minecraft" then no matter how passionate you are, it's probably a busted flush.

This site sometimes is full of people got pissed and rage quit the first time they realise there is no magic button
Or the first time Google hammers trheir site because they were breaking some rule that Google suddenly decide to enforce more strongly
Or when they don't get a massive ROI in their first 90 days

Not many members who have been here more than 18 months are struggling online, and they all do it in different ways.

Scritty

Niche is VERY important actually. And if you treat IM as a hobby you won't be able to reap its full benefits.

Mmm, I get what you're saying saying OP, but I have to respectfully disagree. Yes, you do need to make these methods your own but if you've copied someone's method and it works for you then why stop?

If it ain't broke, don't fix it - just relax and let it float. But don't rock the boat.

I have made money with dozens of these models/methods, and there is a lot of truth in the OPs post. Definitely adapting methods can make a big difference in their outcome, but without these base projects as guidelines many of us would have literally no idea at all what could or might make money online - so there kind of does need to be some guide(s) and/or general outlines for most BHW users.
