None of my posts being approved and warnings??

So I have tried to post two times today, was looking for a partner on a project, and as soon as I posted the first thread it was removed from what I thought would be a fair sub for the topic, but was immediatley given a warning and was told the next I do it I would receive a ban, so I made a new thread over at Joint Ventures following the guidlines, my post would not get approved there either, what is going on???

You can't post a thread in Joint Ventures as you don't have 50 posts yet.

As for your warning, if you are confused about it, the best thing to do is contact the moderator that gave you the warning and ask for clarification.
