Non US VPN - No logs + Anyomous

Maybe CyberGhost? They improved a lot and cleared up their policies. And the price is really low.

You cannot guarantee that logs will be deleted from commercial companies - I know a lot say they do but you have to realise that if someone does something dodgy through one of their VPNs, for example upload kiddie porn, the law enforcement agencies could come and ask details. If there are no logs then the VPN company could be in trouble.

It may not keep detailed logs about sites visited etc but they could have connection logs so they know when people connect and disconnect from their service.

If you want anonymous, then buy a dedicated server using bitcoin and fake details, set up a VPN and set a cron job to delete all logs every minute. You could drop down to a VPS to do the same but there will be logs on the host node.

Thanks HTH. Agree on logs thing .
And would like you to elaborate more on setup you have suggested . How much buying a dedicated server costs ?

My Local PC -->RDP to server with VPN--> Cron job to delete logs --> Anonymous Browsing

But still need VPN recommendations , Sorry dont like CyberGhost , tried their free version few weeks ago , was not happy with speed etc.

I use nordVPN they are based in Panama, and since Panama has no data retention laws they are not required to keep logs.
