NON-US PayPal Accounts Allowed?

Hello stafff & everyone,
I have been wondering from a long time, Are NON-US accounts allowed on BHW?

As they do not have any original or Identity fruad or something like that.
They can be made under any name & nothing connects to an actual person dead or alive. So there is no complication nor fall on anyone.

US accounts require SSN & genuine info but other countries don't.

As the rules mention:

3.3 Activity that involves Currency Trades or Exchanges (Example: Exchanging PayPal for eGold money), Buying/Selling CPA accounts, Buying/Selling Social Security Numbers or Identities, CPA offer filling circles, Paying to have CPA offers filled, Requesting fake review comments for other forums' BST sections, Digg / Stumble (or similar) requests and trades, Asking how to make $xxx/day, Any "fake" account for the purposes of defrauding a network or individual, Promoting other forums by any means including in your signature, Creating more than one account on BHW."

I am not buying or selling any kind of personal information nor Social security numbers or identities as the rules mention.

Can i sell accounts in the marketplace?

Can if offer assistance in recovering & fixing issues related to paypal that are NOT US ACCOUNTS!

Looking forward for staff input.

The only thing a US account is different from other countries is the SSN. Non-US accounts go through a verification process too. Identity card/passport, bank account, credit card, proof of address (utility bill), phone number.

You're correct; the reason US PayPal accounts are not allowed to be sold is because they require real information (identify fraud) to be created. Any services that are fraudulent are not allowed on BHW.
If your service is not fraudulent based on our rules, you are allowed to sell it on the forum.

Every sales thread is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, so we won't know if your thread is allowed until it's submitted. Feel free to post your sales thread in the review section and a marketplace moderator will check it before the review to make sure everything is up to code.
