if it's for an online business , look for payoneer , but they don't support international wire transfers in case you have a plan to move the money from your local bank account .

kind of silly,

There is a major costa rican based poker site I want to play on. They only accept players from US / CAN to keep the games soft. I would use docs + vps(s) + buy phone numbers and do everything possible to sell living in the US/CAN, and then of course after depositing with a VCC - I would need some way of collecting money via bank transfer or Vica xfer - and then be able to withdraw that money via atm or wire it home.

and yes, the games are some of the highest stakes and the americano fish are the biggest whales.
