Non-scammy looking clickbank affiliates?

I wonder why all clickbank websites look so scammy, 99% of people who see those websites immediately close them because of the way they look. Despite some of them offering useful services.

Is it allowed to clone a website but change how it looks a bit and use it to drive traffic directly to the order pager?

Clickbank products, in my opinion, are mostly garbage. Ecomm is where its at. Why would you bother dealing with these kinds of products when you can just make your own shopify store with stripe and start accepting sales?
