Non-scam PPI networks and better rates?

Seems like yet again I am late to the game and that PPI has recently taken a huge hit. The stickied list is also quite old and PPI networks come and go like the seasons. Can someone please tell me what PPI networks are still confirmed to be paying and have the better rates?

I am working with Amonetize and RevenYou for more than a year now, never missed a payment. That's my opinion right at this moment.

Most convenient and up to date is perinstallcash... they add new products every month... and if you are SW developer, or you have content site than Installmonetizer is great.

I'd have to agree that PerInstallCash is the best option for monetizing targeted software traffic and if you use banners then they convert better than eCPM in the long run.
