Do they help in seo ? And how muhc UR, DR , TF would you consider for taking it and making your PBN ? I recently found expired tumblr with 23 UR and 24 DR, is that a good metric ? but its not niche relevant.

They are good contextual link but not helps really much , but getting link from these would surely get some serps up .
