If you stop using adwords for a long period of time they do send out $100 "come back to adwords" coupons.

Well, the vouchers you find here and elsewhere all seem to suggest it can only be used on accounts that have been open 2 weeks or less.

So are there vouchers to be found that can be used on accounts that are more than 2 weeks old?

Find around? No. But if you let your adwords account go dormant for about 1 year, adwords will physically mail you a $100 coupon to come back and try them again.

Right, but I'm not going to do that because I use my adwords account. These 100 dollar coupons - are they transferrable? Is there a place to find them/buy them?

Like lots of vouchers are being distributed here, so I want to know if any of them can be used on non-new accounts.

99% of them for sale are for new accounts less than 2 weeks old. People know what it means between "new account" and "come back again"

Exactly as mentioned. They have new account and come back coupons. No sense to give you credits if you're already an active customer; the idea is that it will entice you into setting up a campaign and hopefully you turn a profit then invest your own money and keep going.

If you're already spending cash they'd be retarded to be giving you free credit.

yes they do, if you qualify for the Google Engage programme then you get vouchers that are valid on any account. Google tells me that these are monitored for misuse.

What is the Google Engage program and who is it intended for?

The Google Engage program is designed to educate and support those businesses that specialize in helping other businesses succeed online. Typical participants include interactive agencies, individual webmasters, web developers, and IT consultants. Participants can receive access to educational resources, live events, promotional materials, and a select number of free AdWords vouchers. When participants grow their online skills and further develop their knowledge of Google products, we believe they'll become more attractive to potential clients and more valuable to existing ones.

A Google representative will review your application and contact you via phone or email within 10 - 15 business days with further details. If approved, you'll get access to the program's online portal, where you can find online trainings and other program resources. Only after completing four required webinars will you become eligible to receive your initial batch of 20 free AdWords vouchers. See Google AdWords voucher terms and conditions.
How do I get AdWords online advertising vouchers for my customers?

Every participant will received 20 promotional vouchers upon joining the program and completing four required webinars. Participants must observe the Google AdWords voucher terms and conditions. What is Google AdWords?

AdWords ads are displayed along with search results when someone searches Google using one of your keywords. Ads appear under 'Sponsored links' in the side column of a search page, and may also appear in additional positions above the free search results. That way, you'll be advertising to an audience that's already interested in your business. You can also choose to display your ads on Display Network sites in the growing Google Network. And, you can choose the exact Display Network placements where you'd like your ad to appear, or you can let contextual targeting match your keywords to content.

You can choose from a variety of ad formats, including text, image, and video ads, and easily track your ad performance using the reports available in your account. There's no minimum monthly charge with AdWords -- just a nominal activation fee. Learn more about the cost of advertising with Google AdWords. To find out more about Google AdWords or to begin creating your ads, visit the AdWords home page.
What's the difference between the Google Engage program and the AdWords Certification program?

The Google Engage program can be used as stepping stone to the Google AdWords Certification program. Google Engage participants have access to free AdWords vouchers, live educational events, online trainings, and ready-made promotional materials. The skills acquired through this program should prepare participants to pass the Google AdWords Certification exam.

AdWords Certified partners receive additional benefits including more advanced trainings, a Professional Profile page, an official badge or certificate showing their AdWords qualification, higher-value AdWords promotional vouchers, and the option to be listed on the Google Partner Search engine. For more information on becoming AdWords Certified, including qualification requirements, please visit the Google AdWords Certification Program page.

    And according to my account:

Now you're a full member of the Engage Programme, you can use your AdWords Coupons to attract new clients and help existing ones see just how effective online advertising with Google can be

    UPDATE

The vouchers I have been sent from the Engage programme do not work on old accounts, so Google promo is misleading because it quite clearly says "attract new clients and help existing ones"
