People have money but no time, even if they know SEO they will try to save time, they are looking for aged domains, stable traffic, premium country traffic.
If you have built a site even that has low traffic. People will buy it.

The site I sold has only domain cost and hosting involved. So, if your investing 20$ can give you 280$ profit you're in business.

Just rinse and repeat.

Where did you sold site for 280? Cookie cutter sites don't sell for 280. You will have lots of edits that will end up taking most of the time. Some buyers don't even want you to use template or ai.

Thats not true, there is even buyers in Flippa looking for sites with traffic no monetization if you got a site with 5k traffic monthly it'll sell for 2k+, but DA must be higher. NO links sites go for low prices. I sold it to PBN sellers, in FB groups. They sell links on it.
