Non-Indexed Content

I am not really sure how to describe the situation, my English is not good, so I'm sorry in advance.

I found an expired domain with many good content. However, most if not all of the articles have been copied and published on another newer blog. However, many of those posts are not indexed, so, many of the copied article is not in the Google database.

If I copy a part of the sentence and paste it into google inside "..." there is no result found. Of course, the page URL where the article is posted is not indexed.

My question, is the article still can be considered unique and can be used on any other site? It is not on Google index, Google can't find that article.

I don't plan to use it, just want to know other people theory or opinion about this situation. In my opinion, it can be used on a new page and will still be considered as unique in Google's eyes.

PS: Maybe it won't pass copyscape though.

If you don't want to waste your time just use some content plagiarism checker like Grammarly or Copyscape
If no content is found then feel free to use it

There is no harm to use this type of content, even I did so. But generally, google will not give rank to this type of content.
I suggest you hire a writer and provide this content and ask him or her to add some content to previous one, so google will ranking

I probably won't use them due to they are already used by other site. But your experience regarding Google won't rank this type of content is quite interesting. I don't have any experience to agree or disagree. Maybe other members can confirm this?

what you should be more concern about is if the content was recently publish on the newer sites.might mean google has not yet index it would be appearing in search soon! id suggest getting fresh content
