Non-Incentive Email Submits Practical Conversion Rate

    What is a good conversion rate that is practical, for non incentive email submits?

    9%-23%; I know this is low if you are using PPC or something of the like, but with everything BH you can do, you might as well keep the banhammer away.

    So, the banhammer falls if the convo rate gets too high? [confoosed] I thought the networks wanted high conversions?

    If the conversion rate gets too high then things look suspicious and they may further inspect the leads.
