Non-canonical page in sitemap

I have a shopify website. I recently used some canonical tags to resolve similar content issue. Now the audit report says that there are some non-canonical (canonicalized) urls in the sitemap and they should be removed from the XML sitemap. How should I remove those non-canonical URLs from the sitemap?

I have very little knowledge in SEO. Anybody can help?
