Also, I can see where all of my traffic is coming from, so it is not really necessary to remove the url. Sure, it might affect the adsense earnings, but I am trying to get 1,000 uniques a day. If I do that, I will be able to reach my goals.
Right...ALSO skewing your results. You will see increased traffic from people interested in your progress and what you are talking about rather than from your white hat efforts. And perhaps increased clicks due to 'helpful' onlookers rather than a white hat attempt to get clickers. If you want a true test of the white hatness of it all, a fresh blog that is not publicly presented as your 'testing' blog would be the best scenario~
