Nokia phones

I need small help. I met the guy who have company here and they are direct distributors for NOKIA and SAMSUNG phones. But there is small catch if i want to get good prices must buy bigger quantity but margins are then very good They made in 10 months over 40M$ turnover so iam looking how can i make some money with this new opportunity?

where i have that kind of money? If i had i would buy them. But to profit good you need to buy at least for 15.000€.
This is my problem at momnet.
And when i talk with him he say he mostly sell in Israel, Dubai, America
