    So this page will not be indexed, but google will follow links on it, my question is if link juice from NoIndex page will be passed to links on it?
    Code:
    [B]<META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX, FOLLOW">[/B]

    Are you trying to control your link juice and concentrate it on certain pages?

    If the link is do-follow but the page isn't indexed, the link juice will add to your overall DA, but not your PA. So it could help the domain rank better but not the page, because that page isn't in the index (obviously).

    If you explain it a little further I might be able to help more.

    Yes, link juice will still be passed. You don't even need to include the follow part.

    This will work just as well:
    Code:
    <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX">
