To avoid drops in serps, should all external links be no-follow do do-follow?
Or maybe I shouldn't post too many external links? :)

I only do follow authority sites, like wiki and what not. Not a bad idea to have some non affiliate outbound links.

Nofollow or do-f0llow OL do not affect your rankings. It's a good idea to have some do follow to authority sites though...

If you want to keep all your juice than you should have as few OL as possible.

Having everything no follow looks abnormal - how many ordinary site owners know of this tag? You could be setting a flag that says I know about page rank and am trying to manipulate it. Best approach is to give the impression that your site is operated by a typical webmaster, move on Spider, nothing funny going on here.
