how much should i create nofollow and do follow backlinks

There's no right or wrong quantity, but... I usually like to see less than 15% nofollow in my backlinking profile
 
Build do follow and nofollow mix backlink, If you create 3-5 do follow link then build atleast 1 nofollow link.
It will make your site natural link profile.
 
If I have an unnatural link profile with lots of followed links, how can I add lots of nofollow for a better ratio? Are social shares useful for gaining lots of nofollow and push that to a more natural profile?
 
Both will benefit.
You should pay attention to the quality of the links you will receive, rather than the output type.
 
There's no exact formula. People usually go with 80:20, 90:10, 75:15, etc. Just build them in the most natural way possible.

Yes social shares like reddit, twitter, pinterest, fb are good nofollow resources for your link profile, as long as they're indexed.
 
You can create 0 nofollow links and all will be ok :)
 
If you have 100 Do follow backlinks maintain 10 nofollow links.
It works good and looks more natural.
 
There is no exact ratio for ******** and nofollow links. Build links and keep the link profile natural and diverse.
 
There is no best option for ratio. Mostly 70/30 one is the good option for do follow and no follow links.
But Mostly, depends on your site structure and requirements.
