nofollow, cant benefit our SEO effort?

nofollow is telling google to not pass on page rank, so no, a no follow link is basically pointless. in my opinion anyways, i try not to get no follow, although, if you had 100% ******** links its going to look weird, because sites like digg have nofollow, but if you have a popular site it should have some links from digg, and other popular sites. So the answer is no, nofollow links do not help your ranking, but nofollow links make your site look a bit more natural to google.

Some no follow are really powerful like Digg and Reddit so that's provide you link volume, all are good for SERP's.

I think nofollow doesnot give link juice.. but it wirks as backlink to your site. One more benefit is if there is nofollow link to your site.. that is natural.

Well of course nofollow links are worth the effort. I mean, especially if the link is from a blog or site very specrfic to your niche or service...
I have a little UFO site (cuz I be a nerd... a hot nerd, but a really geeky one too. Don't hate.), and I spent a day (or at least a whole exhausting hour) going through a bunch of nofollow Star Trek and Star Wars blogs, making really innovative and interesting comments (cuz I be talented like that, y'know?) with links to my little UFO site.
Okay, so I only made six nofollow links, but it was exhausting trying to get through all the geekalicious language.
My point (and I promise I have one) is that I still get an average of about 50-100 unique visitors a week from those silly little nofollow links. Link building is always important. Also, it's exhausting and should be handed off to assistants from Bangladesh-i-stein or the Philopeeenz. Good luck!

Just get a good nofollow toolbar or plugin that will allow you to see which sites are do follow or otherwise, personally I use quirk. If you can get awesome dot.edu opportunities which are no follow....you're all set with high quality posts...

After Google Update. do follow also nothing proving best.

NEEEVER turn down a nofollow link. Nofollow links are ESSENTIAL to good SEO.

I totally agree:
1) you still get the natural traffic through nofollow links
2) google still counts them as links
3) at some point google will update its ranking and count nofollows more and more
