Often I find in my niche noclickable backlinks, simply text, without hyperlink. What is it?
Can they have any value?

doesn't have any values. There can be javascript injected to ur website which may turn hyperlink to them for other users.

It's called citation and it's often used for local seo, citation of name, address, phone, web. But I personally prefer a hyperlink, haven't seen any significant result with just a written web address.
