No youtube channel visibility for 2 months!

So i created a youtube channel about tourism in my country which i already have other social medias growing well in the same niche, Posted shorts once or twice a day for two months already and all videos have 0 views. Was testing the phrase "consistency is key" with this but it doesn't seem to be yielding results.
Anybody advise what would be the problem?

what types of videos you are posting?

Is it original content or reupload from other platform?

That sucks. If I were you, I would create a new clean channel. 2 months is too much. Are you sure the content you are making real?

2 months is a lot of time, try to do something, remove those shorts make a quick edit using the youtube tool nothing big or fancy just minor changes and reupload them again.

This right here is very likely why you're not getting views. Kids content has to be specifically made for kids or it won't be pushed to anyone.

0 views in two months means you're shadowbanned and no matter what you do you aren't going to see any changes. Make a brand new channel and make new content (don't reup what you already have already uploaded as you will end up with the exact same results, the algorithm is smart and even if they've been deleted it knows it's a reup and you'll get no where fast)

No no no as I seen plenty of shorts with tens of millions views that was marked for kids. These shorts were being promoted everywhere and I don't even watch kids videos. They were put along side normal shorts were which is why I was confused.

There are a few channels doing this and I have being following them. I am not sure if it's whitehat or not but I do know something fishy is going on. My theory is they are view botting. I know plenty of channels that does this. Not to mention contrary to what this forum believes, you can definitely bot your shorts channel to success. Tried and tested myself.

I removed that restriction to be made for kids now, but i don't know if that was the reason. there are couple videos who got over 1000 views and yielded like 8 subscribers but it didn't happen again. Now i'm testing without the "made for kids" option.. maybe that's the reason

Well you can try these basic tricks:
Upload high quality videos and shorts.Don't underestimate uploading videos of 3-5 min.
Add title in thumbnails and description.Add relevant hashtags in tags that you want to rank.
Use tools like VidIQ to find right keywords to reach your audience,plus use low competitive keywords as your channel is new.

consistency is not only the key you need to search for less competition keywords and change sometimes your titles to make people click on it you can also share the link to others social medias to have a boost at the first uploading day of your video

Try to promote your channel through other platforms.

If its reupload it need to be edited in such way so that videos won't get caught by google as spam

Try with a original video on channel and see how it performs
