No work, Buying success?? (Hypothetical Question)...

I was just thinking, hypothetically, let's say someone wanted to do literally no work, other than buy something that would make them $5k a month.

Let's say, a successful website that makes money from sales, ad revenue, etc...

What would be the best thing to buy?
Buying a huge website that sells goods would surely be at the top?
I imagine it wouldn't be cheap of course lol.

How much do you guys think that would cost, for someone just to BUY the whole thing -- an already established IM product, and make $5k monthly from it stable??? What would you buy?

Without work the investment will end to be only money threw on a window. After investment you need to work on it in order to make some $$$ continously.

Or hire VA, really good VA.

And to the OP, nothing is making money without time investment.

If you want a stable income, someone has to do the ongoing work. If that person isn't you, then you'll have to hire someone.

IM has never been a 'buy it and forget it' income method, regardless of what the gurus say.

And OP, if you dont want to give time to something then forget it and don't waste neither time nor money on it, go for something else, do what you like and spend time on it.

Since no one has answered the question of money yet....

You'll be paying 25-35 times monthly earnings to buy a $5k a month site. That's $125,000-175,000.

As others have stated you make your money from growth. That requires work. Even to maintain the income will require work. To grow without any input you'd be spending at least $1,000+ a month to outsource/hire VAs/Content writers/SEO people etc.

If you're looking to flip a site then you can make substantial money if you have the investment to put in. If you double your revenue then you now have a $250,000-350,000 site.
