We would suggest you to try and delete these videos from this channel and upload it in a new channel if you see that your shorts are getting absolutely low views as shown in this screenshot. If it still continues then , it has to do with the topics of the shorts or quality of the shorts.

Dont start uploading many videos in the start, i was in the same situation with my channel.
Start a fresh one and start uploading 4-5 shorts per day
Dont write long titles, my best performing shorts were those with 1 or 2 words in the title
