No traffic on my page anymore

I have a page with 143k followers, no problem with Instagram ever before and not using bots or something.
Suddenly, my last post only has 3 likes in 20 minutes, while I usually have around 400 likes in 20 minutes.
Also my stories don't appear in people's timelines anymore.

What has happened?

A few things that could be wrong are:

1. Quality of content.
2. Not using relevant hashtags.
3. Not posting at the correct time when your audience is highly active.
4. Not engaging with your audience.

Your reach must have become the low cause of dead and ghost followers. You should start working on interacting with your followers and also get as many non-followers likes as possible to activate the old engaging audience.

This is an issue with majority accounts on Instagram and there are many factors involved in it.

Removing ghost followers and also posting high-quality viral-worthy content is a must.
