No traffic on Google ads

Hello everyone. I have several Indian Google ads account and I run ads for Amazon shopping stores. My ads are approved but in some accounts it's been more than 20 days there is not even a single impression not even a click. In some accounts the traffic is too slow even for the keywords like Amazon prime or Amazon. I tried all the steps like scheduling the ads, pausing the camp and putting the camp on maximize clicks and everything but still not getting even 1000 clicks in a day. The accounts are not getting traffic and whatever clicks are there they come only for 1 hour after that I get the error " we are only showing your ads occasionally because of your budget". The funds in my account are always 30% more than they daily budget and still I get this error. Earlier in 2023 I used to get 7k-8k daily clicks min but now sun 23rd Jan I am facing this issue. I tried creating case IDs but the Google support team doesn't reply. There is no phone support for Google ads and the ads expert in Google they suck big time. Please if anyone has any solution for this issue please reply. That would be a great help for me. Thank you!
