NO traffic from weightloss niche!!!!

I have been following and posting for several days now and I only got 3 clicks I am beginning to think even those were false somehow - I have already filtered out bot traffic.

I am using keywords like 'weightloss' 'fitness' 'keto' but nothing coming through!

With adult I would get probably get a few hits every day per account and x 100 accounts that would be some decent targetted traffic. But with weightloss so far I have not been able to get any consistent drips to work with.

Any ideas?

I am thinking maybe I should try new keywords/accounts to follow, maybe just general fattasses like star wars fans or general nerds as they will be fat and might get the idea to wanna lose weight and would be less saturated than weighloss niche itself.

So... You created a Twitter account, follow people non-stop, dropped your URL with a few KWs, and... That's it?

It ain't that easy getting traffic.

It's 2021 and the spam detector has been installed in all heads around the world.

Don't get me wrong, it's possible just not that easy...

What MrDenz said plus the fact that you're doing a niche which is highly highly saturated.
