Is this broad or exact? Also, are you seeing where you are ranked whilst being logged into your google account?
Try logging out and then searching for your keyword again
If you have done these and its still saying that then obviously the tool you used which said you get 65k monthly searches is not accurate

Op, I got the PM and after further analysis the keyword your ranked for only gets 210 local searches per month. Even though when on broad, it's getting 22k per month.
You have to make sure to use the keyword tool and change it from broad to exact. You're gonna have to steer the site in another direction.
