I can't follow anyone on my phone but I can through an app (I think)- I've not hit my follow limit & even if I have, I have unfollowed hundreds at this point that if that were the problem it would let me follow by now. I'm new to this so I don't quite understand proxies, etc but I'm learning. I read somewhere about a ghost ip... Not sure what that means. Any ideas about why my account is doing this?

Yeah if you unfollow many people it wont let you follow for 24 hours I think ... It really depends if the account is new or not. When I unfollow hundreds of people in 1 day I start again following after 24 hours. Just Take a break for a couple of days and it will be ok.
