No Support for BHW?

guys, is there any direct email/link for BHW support?

I fullfill all the requirments to be a Jr Vip but still dont have a status of Jr VIP.

I sent PMs to Pofecker, Essential Clix and Harro but they did not bother to reply..

any suggestions who to contact in case of problems?
