No SS#... What to do?

Hey, I have a little problem. Right now I live in Canada but I'm not a permanent resident yet. So therefore I don't have SS#.

I have no problem paying taxes but I cant pay because I'm not being a Canadian Resident which means I'm not allowed to work in Canada so they don't ask taxes from me yet I am making an income from IM.

Am I not allowed to do IM or what do I tell these networks asking for my tax info?

Yea I saw that website before but I think thats really illegal and they can easily catch me using a fake SS# right?
