So, I am pretty not good at this and have tried a few things. I am going to try and stick with this one for awhile but it doesn't seem to be going well for now. Although I am only 3 days in I was hoping to get you guys opinion on my plan and improvements I can make. I am an affiliate with amazon and I have my own website. I am posting clothes and shoes to that website via an automated rss feed and search tool that posts picture and product detail as well as links to buy or for more information back to amazon via my affiliate link.

I then have automated postings to a new facebook page, twitter account, and subreddit as well as manual postings to pinterest a few times a day. So far I have 147 clicks according to my amazon affiliate page but not buys. Am I doing something wrong or am I just not being patient? Any advice on something else I can do to improve my sales or a different tactic? Any help or discussion at all would be great. Thank you guys.

Sounds like the traffic you are sending just isn't converting. Try some different types of traffic personally I like YouTube traffic as it seems to convert at around 5% for me.

Which county region are clicks ? Maybe its from some low rate country

What kind ofnvideos are you making. I like that idea but I couldn't think of what kinds of videos to make about clothes and shoes or how to drive traffic with it.

I think he mean review type videos these people are already in buying mode there are just looking for a review about a product before buying it.

it takes a lot of testing to find out what works. perhaps its your product!

based on experience ... amazon traffic is hard to convert. i have an amazon store for clothing as well and its like 1 sale per 2000 clicks. which of course sucks because they pay such a tiny commission.

Thank you for those numbers. I was going to open a thread asking if my mcssl numbers check out. In the past two weeks, according to their report, I had 122.998 impressions, 1175 clicks and not a single f** sale... And for the past week my product even was on sale, buy one get one free +! free shipping. So, affiliate marketing really sucks that much?

Hey Guys,

Where are you getting your traffic from? It can make all the difference in the world. There are pubs CRUSHING IT on AdWords using review sites (and they aren't too sophisticated at hiding what they are doing either) pushing their traffic to Amazon.

Let us know the specs and you'll get better advice.
