No Response From Payoneer for 2 Weeks. Is This Normal?

I applied for a payoneer account 2 weeks ago and now they are still "verifying" my info.

I've sent them multiple messages and got one copy paste response.

I don't want to jump into conclusion but is this how they normally operate?
How long does it take for you to get your payoneer account?

Try calling them or talking to their live chat. I'm pretty sure you can get your answer faster.
 
Oh yeah, and the live chat stinks. They won't answer even your simplest
question without verifying your info.

I might try Payoneer, as Entropay were a sack of shite.
 
or simply PM Nissim here, he is pretty quick and helpful as well.. find Payoneer's thread in the introductions forum
