We need confirmation from both these people that they have received refunds, as a screenshot isn't proof enough as these can easily be tampered with.
You might be as well chasing them both up to suggest they come back on here to confirm this.

I asked Payoneer again and they said refund sent already.

I did answer you on Skype and as long as the money is not in my account i will not state that i have received it!

I sent tons of messages to @Giorgio23 on Skype and hesh not responding it's almost 12 days since I sent the money back via Payoneer. @MisterF can you ask OP to check his account and confirm here.
If it was refunded to your Payoneer account, you can log on and check that way.

It's been 13 days since Payoneer processed the refund back to your card, it shouldn't take more than 48 hours, how can you say that you've not received the money.
I made 5 calls to payoneer in these 13 days and they are saying the same thing every time I call "refund has been processed already"
@MisterF I beg you to please sort out this for me I'm available to share my Payoneer account history via TeamViewer or how ever you want and I offer the same thing to @Giorgio23 if he wants.
