    I bought some reviews from here, like stated in here footer

    After payment she doesn't respond to Skype or PB's.

    I placed order on Jul 25, and paid her on Jul 26.

    The 72 hour notice period is to give people chance to resolve this before you SL them, which is what has happened. This is live and we are waiting their version / explanation of events.

    There seems no explanation after the 72h period.
    Think need to find if any way to apply refund to Payoneer at the same time.

    I'm 99.99% sure Payoneer don't offer that option, I'm afraid.

    If the Payoneer payment was made via a card, then there's a fairly good chance you can ask the issuer to do a chargeback.

    If the payment was made from your Payoneer balance, then I would contact them and see if there's anything they can do (you don't lose anything from doing it) - http://www.payoneer.com/contactUs.aspx.

    Hello everyone , sorry for not being here and note replying from past 2 weeks , my mother was hospitalised and diagnosed with Blood Cancer at stage 4 , unfortunately she passed away 5 days ago , im still in grief and away from BHW, Skype and everything, I talked to OP on Skype and explained.
    I know we all have professional life and we should keep personal life apart but I was very Close to my mother and spent many days standing there in hospital and praying.
    I requested OP to give me a chance and I will fullfil his order , and will deliver the work.
    I request Mods as well to please cooperate and understand my situation as I'm already in debt and can't refund at this stage.
    Looking forward to OP and Mods for help
    I'm sorry once again

    She has been online..Maybe you can try message her as well.

    We are giving 1 more week for her to prove she will make up for the lost time, if things remain same no progress, we will dispute.
