No responce from BHW Advertising?

Hey, we are new to this website, so if we are just being impatient or even the wrong forum, sorry!

We reached out to BHW via filling out their advertising information, and in their description it said they'll contact us within 24 hours mon-fri, and it is now Tuesday and we submitted our req on Sunday I believe.

It's not that we can't wait more than 24 hours, we're just wondering if we should re-contact them or just wait it out. I'm only bothering to write this because time is money

Its been a UK school /bank holiday may have something to do with this.

i believe it takes more than 24 hours i have requested it 2 weeks ago it took few days but i don't remember if it was a business or non business days

You filled it on Easter Sunday ?

Monday was a UK bank holiday ( Easter Monday ), so staff will be catching up after a 4 day weekend as such, due to Good Friday also being a bank holiday.

@BHW Advertising is tagged into this and I'm sure will be in touch soonest.
