No registrations halted on koinex

I was thinking to invest some money in alt coins. Koinex offers this option in India but every time I try, it gives error that new user registrations are halted. Any workaround for this ?

Is there any other reliable Indian exchange that will give me a ETH address to accept Ethereum. I also made an account on Binance but could not find a way to create a ETH address there. I have to receive some payment in ETH.

Coinome is great as it activated account instantly if you have Aadhaar card
