No real forum selection available

Hi,

So I am pretty sure this isn't the first time I've experienced this...

I want to write up a post, & there's NO appropriate forum to post my question in.

Like right now I'm looking for a site that will track e-mails I send to leads (NOT gmail) to see if they open the e-mail & to see which links they clicked on, and there's no marketing forum, or even a suggestion forum, although that would be too broad a torum.

I'd put it in a software forum if you had one, but it's really not a desktop app I'm looking for & you don't have that anyway.

I've scanned the list of forums on the left several times, & there really isn't any selection. The marketplace & making money ones take up the majority of what's available besides the Black & White Hat SEO.
