Real estate broker ? In such a case, Google Ads (be it search campaigns or local search ads on Google Maps), will not work much in getting any clients.
For example, local search ads on Google Maps will work for example a pet food shop, a barber shop, a beauty salon, etc.
But, why will an ad not work much for a real estate broker ? Because, the end product / end service of a real estate broker, is a high ticket (high amount / high value) end product / end service and for such high ticket end products / end services, at the most people search on Google ONLY as part of their research and NOT for making a final "buying" decision.
Real estate : people are looking to buy or take on rent, a property and they do not make such decisions fast, they do a lot of research, as it has to do with money they have saved over months, infact money they have saved over years.
On the other hand, let us say, you want to buy pet food for your cat, then you would just go to Google Maps and search "pet food store near me", as the buying need it urgent and the expenses are small.
Real estate broker brands advertise on Google, merely for brand visibility, as they do have chunky ad budgets.
Google Ads is not suitable for each and every type of product or service and in my personal opinion (and experience), if you are not a brand in terms of being a real estate broker, WITH a chunky ad budget, then Google Ads will not be of much help to you. Yes, at the most you can optimize your organic results on Google / Google Maps.

try FB for local clients. Ive been looking into Nextdoor for local traffic. I think Nextdoor would be able to spam easily, if you could bypass the address verification. Tons of free traffic, and people on that app are willing to spend, trust me.

I do work that costs many thousands sometimes 10-20k. People save for a long time for these. All my leads are from google. Just saying...

Google isn't only for things under $100.

Another example is, people who pay for daycare which around here is like up to $2000 a month every month, will use google IN CONJUNCTION with reviews...

but people use google for many many things nowadays
