No preview image (WordPress)

    I have a movie blog. Everything was going fine. But I had to move my site to another hoster.

    Now the problem is that the preview image does not appear. I can upload it but still it does not appear.

    Please help. I looking for a solution about 28 hours (really!). :(

    Yes, I tried chmod 775 and 777 (wp-content).
    But still I have problem.

    :(

    Thanks guys

    I am going to donate 50 EURO if this problem get fixed.

    'lynx -listonly -dump url.yourcrappysite.com'
    check to see if your htaccess file is on your server. If not, create one.

    a htaccess without content?

    I'm not all tech but I did have this problem before and I got it fixed in 10mins by calling my hosting provider and asking them to fix it. I was at HostGator and they told me I had no htaccess file and it had been deleted so my images where not showing up. Call your host.. And change your passes and all that because someone hacked you and deleted that file because you have a movie site ;).

    Try this:
    1. using ftp or cpanel, rename the "uploads" folder to something like uploads1
    2. create new "uploads" folder
    3. move all folders & images from uploads1 to uploads

    sounds stupid, but works for me
