No organic growth anymore / zero hashtag reach

Hey everyone!

I grew from 11k to 36k in 2020 (january - october). I also used IGKing's growth service for a while. Together with hashtag reach that was a nice and steady growth.
However on the 28th of october it was like a switch had been turned off. Since then I have zero reach from hashtags.
I use a ladder system of different hashtag brackets and Hashtastic to track them. I get top 9 a lot but have no reach from it...

I am in the 3D art niche. Post daylie and do stories. Engagement has been 9-15% before the loss of reach. Now its at 4-5% and only a fraction of my own followers sees my posts. If you are interested in the account name to take a closer look DM me.

I thought this is a global thing and because of instagrams current updates but I've talked to other artists and some still have reach from hashtags and they have different account sizes. (10k,45k, 67k,120k)
So this got me thinking again that something might be off and I just don't now what.

Does anyone have an idea whats going on?

I've heard a lot that now it all comes down to adds and stuff. But hashtags still working for a few doesn't make any sense to me right now.
What are your experiences?

Maybe Kings service flagged you? As usual it goes like this,post really good content to get as much reach from the little amount IG lets you use,no shady stuff for a while and should bounce back.

Yeah maybe but how to get rid of it? I mean its been a while already. I did a week of no posts and days of no hashtags and the situation did not change.
