I doubt he even read it anywhere to be honest, looking at his join date... Its a sure fire indicator that he is trying to get his post count up
There's been a lot of this recently. So they seem like more reputable trustworthy members I'm guessing. Or access to certain areas or ability to get signature or something like that.
