Is there any way to create hotmail addresses instead of outlook now?

Well after doing lots of googling today it does appear to be the end of new hotmail addresses.

The removed the "skip this for now" button too.
Meaning once your account requires phone verification, you can't access the account at all anymore until it's phone verified.
Prior to the change you could click the "Skip this for now" button or use POP to log into the account....
Both methods no longer are available /work.

But One thing when you use alias with hotmail it require phone verification otherwise in one hotmail account creating there is nothing wrong.

Yup, I saw that one too. We could simply login to the account without verifying it with phone. But I was not able to do so today.

It's true. One of my users pointed this out yesterday, I worked an all nighter to make significant changes to my account creator.
